Choosing pet care locally

Auggie's Pet Supplies & Spa is listed in SFL Today's Pets & Animals directory for Fort Lauderdale. Before you book or buy, a few things South Florida locals check first:

  • Ask boarding facilities about their hurricane plan and generator — it is a fair and essential question in Florida.
  • Heat rules apply: a good groomer or daycare will schedule outdoor time early and watch for heat stress.
  • Many vets offer wellness plans that spread routine care costs across the year; compare against pay-per-visit.
