SFL Today is a South Florida news hub and local business directory covering the region's three counties — Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. We exist for a simple reason: South Florida news is scattered across dozens of outlets, and local businesses are scattered across just as many directories. SFL Today puts both in one fast, scannable place.

What we publish

Every day we gather the headlines that matter across South Florida — breaking news, weather, government, development, sports, and community stories — from established local outlets, and present them with clear attribution and a link to the original reporting. On top of that feed, our team publishes SFL Today Originals: explainers, deep dives, and weekly roundups written by our own team that add the context a headline alone can't give.

Our local business directory lists real South Florida businesses — restaurants, home services, health care, legal help, and more — across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. Listing is free for local businesses; our goal is a directory a resident can actually use, written and organized by people who live here.
